DenverArtists.com Returns and Refunds Policy


If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date, you must have a valid receipt dated within 30 days or less from the original purchase date. Please see below for conditions and instructions.


NOTE:
Artwork or artwork products purchased directly through a transaction between the customer and the artist (or artist representative) is not eligible for this return policy.  Please contact the artist directly for their individual return policies.

Fine Art Poster Prints and DenverArtists.com Artwork Reproductions
We will refund full purchase price for artwork received if the artwork is not to the customer’s satisfaction or was damaged in the process of shipping. DenverArtists.com will issue a credit to the original credit card used only.

Shipping Restrictions
Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to return the product.  Customer shall insure reasonable steps are taken to ship the artwork back safely including but not limited to using an appropriate container and appropriate packaging material.
